Because we strongly believe that people should have the option to choose where, when and with whom they work. How work gets done is changing.
Working is no longer just a way to earn money — people expect more of it. Excitement, knowledge, growth opportunities, and new relationships. They want to work in a new way, with shorter projects and a novel approach that applies to every work field. The regulations and rules that were fine 10 years ago just don’t work anymore.
