Calling and writing to Spanish customers
In Fiizy our goal is to improve constantly our customer experience and grow the business in countries where we currently operate in Europe and South America.
During 10.05-10.06.2021 we would like to test for Spanish customers a new approach for direct sales and support via phone & e-mail. We welcome a talented person to make this project a success and hopefully prove a need for establishing a full-time position in the future.
Tasks - calling Spanish customers who have not completed their application on the web;
Skills/tools - Native or Fluent Spanish language skills are a must, both verbal and written. You will work with phone, e-mail, and customer data. Previous work experience in a call center and/or in customer support would be an advantage. A positive and can-do attitude is appreciated a lot in Fiizy :).
Work time: You can decide to work between 6-10 hours a day from Monday to Sunday. The schedule is flexible but should be agreed in advance with your contact person and our Spanish customers can be contacted from 9 am until 9 pm.
Location: our lovely office is in Tallinn Old Town, next to the Parliament house. We have the best coffee in town :)
